David S. Migliore is the Owner and Managing Attorney of the firm. He has devoted the majority of his practice to civil litigation. His firm’s primary focus is Personal Injury litigation.
For over a decade, Attorney Migliore has built his reputation as an accomplished trial attorney while working as defense counsel for several large insurance carriers. During that time, he has litigated hundreds of personal injury cases and has successfully tried over 25 cases to a jury in Connecticut State Superior courts.
As a result of his active trial work, he has trial experience in every Superior Court in the State of Connecticut. He has also had the fortunate experience to argue the case of Rhode v. Milla to the Connecticut Supreme Court.
Despite having a successful career working on behalf of the large insurance companies and their insureds, Attorney Migliore has always felt that his true calling was to help those who have been injured. It is with that focus of helping others in mind that Attorney Migliore created the Law Offices of David S. Migliore, LLC.
